Privacy Policy

This policy explains how SQPulse, operated by the developer identified on its App Store listing, handles information when you use the SQPulse iPhone and Apple Watch apps and related service.

Information we process

• Account information: the identifier supplied by Sign in with Apple and, if you choose to share them, your name and relay or account email address.
• Connected merchant information: merchant and location identifiers, read-only sales summaries, orders, payments, refunds, goals, and alert results obtained through your authorized provider connection. SQPulse does not request full payment card numbers.
• Device and purchase information: installation identifiers, push-notification tokens, device platform/environment, and App Store subscription status.
• Security and operations information: authorization records, webhook identifiers, request identifiers, timestamps, status codes, and limited error information needed to secure and operate the service.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, connect the merchant account you authorize, calculate and display insights, deliver alerts, manage entitlements, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for cross-app advertising tracking.

Service providers

SQPulse relies on Apple for Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, and push notifications; Square for merchant authorization and read-only business data; and Cloudflare for application hosting, network delivery, and database services. Their own policies govern information they process independently.

Storage, security, and retention

Provider access tokens and signing material are kept server-side and protected with encryption and access controls. Information is retained only while needed to provide the service, secure it, resolve disputes, or satisfy law. Deleting your SQPulse account removes active sessions, device tokens, cached business data, alerts, and connected-provider records from the live service, subject to narrow legal or security retention requirements.

Your choices

You can disconnect the merchant provider, disable notifications in system settings, hide your email through Sign in with Apple, manage subscriptions through Apple, or delete your SQPulse account in the app. Account deletion does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.

Children and international use

SQPulse is intended for adults authorized to access a business account and is not directed to children. Information may be processed where our service providers operate, with protections required by applicable law.
