By using SQPulse, you agree to these terms and Apple’s applicable standard licensed-application terms. If you use SQPulse for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to connect and view that organization’s data.

The service

SQPulse provides informational business summaries and alerts from data sources you authorize. It is not accounting, tax, legal, or investment advice. Provider data can be delayed, incomplete, corrected, or unavailable; verify important decisions in the system of record.

Your responsibilities

• Keep devices and accounts secure and promptly report suspected unauthorized access.
• Connect only accounts and locations you are entitled to access.
• Do not misuse the service, probe its security, automate abusive traffic, or infringe others’ rights.

Subscriptions

If you purchase SQPulse Pro, pricing, billing period, trial terms, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are presented and managed by Apple. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple account. Deleting a SQPulse account does not by itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Availability and changes

We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of SQPulse. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may update these terms; continued use after an effective-date change means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.

Intellectual property and third parties

SQPulse and its original design are protected by applicable laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. SQPulse is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Block, Inc.

Termination, disclaimers, and liability

You may stop using SQPulse or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for fraud, security threats, legal requirements, or material breach. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SQPulse is provided “as is,” and liability for indirect or consequential loss is excluded. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
